At [nice] its very important that our members are happy.  We ensure this by recruiting carefully.  And regularly reviewing the membership to make sure that people are enjoying the guild.

If you want to be a member you must read the "What is Nice, but Deadly" library entry.  Membership is based on this document.  We take membership seriously at [nice].  We want people who are going to make [nice] a guild like the one described in the above document.

In addition to items listed in that document there are some basics that we expect from members.
1.) Be Independent.
2.) Focus on improvement.
3.) Use the forums.
4.) Play regularly.
5.) Discuss issues/problems with other members.
6.) Only offer criticism if its intended to help the recipients.
7.) Have full and reliable vent access.
8.) Have reliable internet access.
9.)Unlock skills towards the guild build.


These things are not just good for [nice].  They are good for the member too.  If you dont fit the profile, then you probably wont last here.  You will become unhappy and leave or you will be removed.  Take a few minutes to evaluate them now.

If you are about to apply to join [nice] take the application questions seriously.  Its not a formality.  Help us to get to know you.  We want you to be successful.  Because if you are the kind of player we are looking for you will make the guild stronger and you will have a good time at [nice].
